Rates are based on Double Occupancy
Summer Rate (6/1 to 10/31) - $245 per night 
Winter Rate (11/1 to 5/31) - $220 per night

• All rates subject to 12% sales tax as required by law
• 50% down payment is required at time of reservation

Additional information about rental rates
Additional Guest Fee (more than 2 guests) -  A nightly fee of $25 per person will apply for additional guests. (Maximum occupancy is 4 adults)

Cancellations

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

Policies

• Check in after: 3:00 PM Check out before: 11:00 AM
• No children under the age of 12 yrs.
  
• Property is for paying guests only - no additional persons allowed on property
  
• No pets
• No parties/events
• No smoking on premises including vaping
• Max guests: 4 (sleeps up to 4 adults)
• Minimum age of primary renter: 21
• Rental and facilities are for registered guests only.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
